The Alpha 1600W benefits from the same characteristics as the Alphas 4K, 9K and 18K: a quartz reflector for a very high reflection index, the possibility of being used in the shower, compactness and lightness. Its small size allows it to be stored in a rolling suitcase, practical for any type of transport.

Light quality

No compromise on light quality has been made: the Alpha 1600W has a 250mm Fresnel lens and the G22 fitting allows for a wider angle as the lamp approaches closer to the lens. Without a lens, the Alpha offers a very wide range of 85, ideal for covering large areas and chroma key shooting. The unique texture of the quartz reflector gives a very natural light effect, with a very high reflection index of 97%..

Use in shower

Like all K5600 devices, the Alpha 1600W can be used in the shower without time restrictions and without risking damage to the device or creating safety issues. In reality, the light often comes from above and this ability to recreate this situation is a unique and very valuable asset.
