Alpha 9K HMI
Information
The 9K power is the latest addition to the Alpha line. Possessing the same distinctive characteristics of the other Alphas, the 9K has already proven itself on several shoots.
Versatility and Key Features
K5600 has chosen a 450 mm Fresnel lens for its optical qualities, allowing the focusing of 10 to 60 of a clean and controllable beam. Like the rest of the Alpha family, the lens is removable to create a 90 (angle) spread beam for harsh shadows and perfect for blue or green key backgrounds. The combination of the small Quartz reflector and the ventilation system facilitates the evacuation of heat, which allows the device to be used in the shower without safety problems. The Alpha 9K can also be used in 6K, simply by changing the lamp.pe.
A light and High Speed ballast
Weighing only 24.8 kilos, this ballast can power 2.5 Kw, 4Kw, 6Kw and 9Kw, but it also operates at 100Hz, 300Hz and 1000Hz to facilitate High Speed shooting. This device has a sweep function that automatically corrects the frequency to ensure stable images at all speeds.
